A veritable oasis of greenery in the village centre, with the oldest part dating from the 18th century, this enchanting house is hidden in the heart of a 900m² garden within three private and secluded interior courtyards, with a swimming pool. The main house, as well as a little independent house that serves as an artist’s studio, offers 250m² of living area. The main house on two levels comprises:

GROUND FLOOR
Entry hall.
Large vaulted living room with a stone fireplace, opening on each side to the interior courtyards.
Equipped kitchen with electric oven, microwave, four-ring vitroceramic range, dish-washer, fridge/freezer, electric kitchen appliances.
Dining room opening onto the back courtyard.

FIRST FLOOR
1 double bedroom (2 beds x 90 cm or 1 bed 180 cm).
1 double bedroom (2 beds x 90 cm or 1 bed 180 cm).
1 double bedroom (2 beds x 90 cm + 1 cradle).
1 bathroom with Italian shower, hand-basin.
1 bathroom with bathtub, hand-basin, bidet, and toilet.

OUTSIDE
Three superb interior courtyards lavishly abundant with greenery and flowers: the first courtyard lies in front of the house, with two more courtyards behind the house..
The first interior courtyard has a beautiful stone table.
The second interior courtyard serves as a summer dining patio with garden furniture and a parasol.
The third interior courtyard has a very beautiful swimming pool, 8 x 5 m., surrounded by paving stones (the pool area is security-enclosed by a wrought-iron fence with locking gate), and deckchairs.
Supplementary space behind the house serves as parking for a maximum of 3 cars.
 
AMENITIES
Household linen (bed, bath, table) supplied.
Television with French channels.
Internet with ADSL
In the case of a vacation of 2 weeks or more, light housekeeping half-way through.
House-keeping on departure :100 euros supplement..
Garden and pool maintenance included.

Arrivals: Saturdays from 5:00 pm – Departures: Saturdays by 10:00 am.
