Only minutes from the renowned village of Les Baux, with an unrestricted view of the ancient château, this house basks in an exceptional environment in the heart of 15000 m² of natural brushwood in the Alpilles foothills, where the peace and quiet is only disturbed  by the song of the cicadas in summer…

The delightful house is very easy to live in, comprising 180 m² on two floors:

GROUND FLOOR
Entry hall.
Large and light-filled living room with a contemporary fireplace and big bay windows looking out onto the covered terrace, with a wonderful view of the surroundings.
Spacious kitchen with dining area; microwave, oven, 5 gas ring cooker, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric kitchen appliances. The kitchen opens onto:
A trellis-covered terrace that serves as a summer dining room.
1 double bedroom (1 bed x 180 cm) with en suite bathroom (bath-tub, hand-basin).
1 double bedroom (2 beds x 90 cm) with en suite bathroom (shower, hand-basin).
Separate toilet.
Laundry with washer, dryer and ironing equipment, fridge/freezer.

FIRST FLOOR
1 double bedroom (1 bed x 140 cm).
1 double bedroom (1 bed x 160 cm).
1 separate bathroom (shower, hand-basin douche, toilet).

OUTSIDE
Beautiful grounds following the natural slope of the hillside on several levels looking out onto the amazing views of the Alpilles environment, with numerous aromatic Provençal plants.
Magnificent swimming-pool, 15x6 m, salt water, protected; situated a little apart from the house, and surrounded by luxuriant vegetation. Deckchairs.
Covered terraces with teak garden furniture.
Car parking.

Housekeeping 2 hours twice a week included.
Garden and pool service included.
Housekeeping charge on departure: 100 euros.

Arrivals: Saturday from 4:00 pm – Departures: Saturday from 10:00 am.

A few minutes from the heart of Les Baux de Provence, 10 mins. to St. Rémy; 30 mins. to Avignon TGV station  and airport,  50 mins. to Marseille International Airport, 40 mins. to Nîmes airport.
